Since Steve has been with Americraft we have used all of his talents. Not only is he our application specialist, he heads our fan testing and computer development along with our safety and health programs.
James Ceddia: President Manufacturing - 32 years in the fan industry.
Jim started with Americraft in the assembly department while working his way through college. Over the years Jim has been responsible for purchasing, inside sales, material control, accounts receivable and payable, and scheduling. Today, Jim is in charge of our planning department which controls all production and manufacturing activities.
Debra Hiler: Office Administration Supervisor, Traffic Department - 12 years in fan industry.
Debra started as an administrative clerk in 1994. Today she oversees all of our office functions. In addition she handles all incoming and outgoing freight scheduling.
Dennis Ehrhardt: CEO - 35 years in the fan industry
The 35 years started in 1971. That is when I actually received a check for my work. Before that was time spent with my father in his fan company. He worked and I helped and learned from his 25 years in the fan industry. When the time came to be in charge of my own business, I had learned that being the President meant that you did whatever needed to be done to operate the company and satisfy the customer. That still holds true today. I would like to tell you that I have done everything, but each year brings new challenges. Some things remain the same. We still manufacture and sell fans, but in 1971, no one knew anything about a Web page. Ours is a dynamic industry.
