John Pumpple

John Pumpple serves as Vice President Sales with Americraft Manufacturing Company Inc. and brings over 38 years of diverse experience in the industrial fan manufacturing industry. Starting as a stock clerk in 1973, John has held positions of increasing responsibility in the manufacturing of fans to include: material control and replenishment, inside sales, and as a product manager. John has been Americraft’s Corporate Sales Manager since February 2002 with additional responsibilities to manage the customer quotation process.
Stephen Cornell
Fan Application Specialist

Steve Cornell has 38 years in the industrial fan manufacturing industry and currently holds the positions as Fan Application Specialist. He started as an assembly and wiring technician in 1973 and his career path includes holding various important positions to include: fan testing supervisor (8 years), field warranty and service technician, applications engineering manager, computer programmer for engineering and sales applications, and customer quotation specialist. Steve’s additional responsibilities include order technical write-up, inventory management control, overseeing fan testing and computer development as well as our safety manager.
Debra Hiler
Office Administration Supervisor and Material Traffic Specialist

Debra Hiler joined the Americraft Manufacturing Company Inc. team in 1994 and currently holds the positions as the Office Administrative Supervisor and Material Traffic Specialist. As the office administrative supervisor her responsibilities includes: order entries and job ticket write-ups, customer acknowledgements, invoicing and accounting (payables and receivables), as well as preparing and distributing the various management reports. In addition, as the material traffic specialist, Debra coordinates all customer packaging requirements and incoming and outgoing freight scheduling.

Denny Ehrhardt is the previous owner and president of Americraft Manufacturing Company Inc. Always customer service focused and being proactively responsive to a dynamic industry, Denny was the driving force behind the team of professionals in establishing the proud tradition and outstanding reputation that Americraft continues to maintain in the industrial fan manufacturing market. Denny currently serves Americraft as a valued consultant.
David F. Sillies
Design and Manufacturing Engineering

Dave Sillies is the Design and Manufacturing Engineer for Americraft Manufacturing Company Inc. with primary responsibilities to improve efficiency and effectiveness in the manufacturing process. A graduate of the University of Cincinnati Engineering Program, Dave has been a design manufacturing engineer for over 25 years, started his own engineering consulting business in 1994 and joined the Americraft team in February, 2011. Significant past accomplishments and certifications specific in the manufacturing process include:
Dave has already made significant contributions in improving the overall efficiency of the manufacturing process here at Americraft by: 3-D modeling the five basic fan manufacturing products – Duct Fans, Exhaust Fans, Roof Ventilators, Blowers, and Man/Product Coolers; completed machining drawings for the AD-205 and AD-306 bearing castings; and designing and installing safety hand restraints for the three press brakes.
Vincent T. Hartmann, P.E., MBA
Government Sales Manager

Vince Hartmann is the Government Sales Manager for Americraft Manufacturing Company Inc. A retired 25 year Navy Veteran (Commander) of the Civil Engineer Corps (Seabee’s), Vince joined Americraft in January, 2011with the primary responsibility to grow work through Government/Military contracts. In August 2011, Americraft was awarded a 20 year GSA Multiple Award Schedule Contract Number GS-07F-0675X for Schedule 56 – Buildings and Building Materials / Industrial Services and Supplies, Special Item Number (SIN) 563 27 Industrial and Commercial Fans and Blowers.
Vince holds a Bachelor of Science Degree in Mechanical Engineering from the U.S. Naval Academy, a Master of Science in Engineering Degree from Purdue University, and a Master of Business Degree from Chaminade University. In addition, Vince is a certified (DoD) Defense Acquisition Professional and a Licensed Professional Civil Engineer in the State of Ohio.
